Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using nivo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who can use nivo
nivo is intended for RERA-licensed real-estate professionals in Dubai aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the licensing and contact details you provide.
3. The service
nivo turns a property listing into marketing assets - captions, buyer messages, voiceovers, images, and short videos - and provides compliance guidance and buyer matching. Features may change as the product evolves.
4. Compliance is your responsibility
nivo’s compliance features (including Trakheesi/DLD checks and the verification QR) are guidance to assist you. They do not guarantee that any listing, caption, or advertisement meets DLD, RERA, or Trakheesi requirements. You remain solely responsible for ensuring everything you publish is accurate, permitted, and compliant. nivo is not liable for fines, penalties, or actions arising from content you publish.
5. Your content and responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to submit each listing and its photos, and to advertise it.
- You confirm you have a lawful basis and any required consent for buyer contacts you upload.
- You will not use nivo for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
6. Ownership
You own the listings and inputs you provide and the marketing outputs nivo generates for you. You grant nivo the licence needed to process your inputs and deliver those outputs. nivo and its underlying software, design, and brand remain our property.
7. Payments
Paid plans and any founding pre-order are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled per the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
8. Third-party services
nivo relies on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) and on listing portals. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third parties.
9. Service “as is”
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using nivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
