Privacy Policy

nivo (“nivo”, “we”, “us”) provides marketing tools for RERA-licensed real-estate agents in Dubai. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@nivo.properties.
1. Data we collect
- Account & profile: name, email, phone number, RERA broker (BRN) number, brokerage details, headshot, and brand assets you upload.
- Voice recordings: if you choose to create a voice clone, the sample you record and the resulting synthetic voice profile - created only with your explicit consent.
- Listing data: property details you paste or enter, including data retrieved from listing portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and any photos.
- Buyer contacts you provide: names, phone numbers, emails, and preferences you enter or import into your buyer list.
- Usage & device data: log, analytics, and error data to operate and improve the service.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full card details.
2. How we use data
- To generate your marketing assets (captions, messages, voiceovers, reels) and run compliance checks.
- To match listings to buyers in your list.
- To provide support, secure the service, process payments, and improve the product.
3. Service providers we share with
We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Anthropic (text generation), ElevenLabs (voice), Apify/Decodo (listing retrieval), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog and Sentry (analytics and error monitoring). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service. We do not sell your data.
4. Buyer contacts you upload
When you add buyer contacts, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to share their details with us. We process that data on your behalf, solely to provide matching and messaging features. You can edit or delete buyer records at any time.
5. Where data is stored
Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Some processors may handle limited data in other regions to deliver their service.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@nivo.properties. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. You can delete a voice clone and its source recording at any time from your settings or on request.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.
9. Children
The service is for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
